Exceptional location, superb bar, brilliant staff. The food was great and included yoghourt and eggs. The service was great, always with a smile. A pretty standard hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Helpful staff, we liked our stay near restaurants and bars. The beach was wonderful and near our hotel. The room was air conditioned and atmospheric, the bed was good sized. Continental breakfast included eggs, slices of fresh bread, cereal and cheese.

Ideal location, courteous staff and delightful food. I loved my double room. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as yoghourt and eggs. Neat and superior hotel in Jesmond district. The service was good during all my very lovely stay.
